Upload policy
Members may upload content (as long as it does not depict bestiality, minors or paedophilia) or is blatant, repeated advertising (spam). If the copyright owner contacts us we will pull it down immediately.

Rule 1 – No spamming of any kind, spamming will result in an immediate ban.

Rule 2 – No sick posts. No messages about paedophilia, animals and sex. You will be banned immediately.

Rule 3 - This is not an Escort site and related posts will be deleted.

Rule 4 – No rude posting or harassing of other members through PM's (Private Messaging) or in public posts. Especially when a member chats with a model, you need to be gentle and nice, avoiding expressions which may make them feel uneasy, e.g. gang bang, cumshot, fuck etc. We are privileged for having the models among us, so they also deserve respect from all of us.

Rule 5 – No huge images in forum posts are allowed. Use thumbnails instead of posting the whole image just to make it easier for the users. You may use the albums feature to upload images.

Rule 6 – If an image is copyrighted, post ONLY the link to it. Copyright means legal protection against anyone who uses the picture without the owner’s permission.

Rule 7 – No posts about illegal downloading.

Rule 8 – No huge signatures. Please keep your signature’s size small (no more than 200 pixels height) in order to make the forum easier to load its data. Also your messages will be easier to read without a large signature distracting the eyes of the readers all the time.

Rule 9 – If you are not sure how a feature works, please send a PM to the moderating team to offer you a hand, instead of posting wrong posts or torturing yourself.

Rule 10 – Try please to post your topics/replies under the right sections of the forum. The forum map can nicely lead you where to post what, without making people feel confused and lost. If only you are not sure at all use the General/Off-Topic section.

Rule 11 – Please try not to duplicate topics. Use the search option to check if a similar/same topic exists already on the forum, in order to avoid double/triple topics with the same content. Example: In clips and pictures section it is not needed to create a new section for clips with Jo because there is already one. A new topic like that can be created only if it is really exceptional.

Rule 12 – All posts remain the opinion of the poster and are in no way endorsed or to be understood as VivThomas.com company policy. VivThomas.com is therefore not responsible for any slander, personal insults or untrue information posted here.

Rule 13 – When you register here you accept all of the above rules, being in full agreement with VivThomas policy. Any violation of this policy means a ban.
